Customer service advisor/ administrator
A fantastic opportunity for a high caliber, pro-active customer services advisor / administrator has arisen in Quito.
Hiring young person between 20-30 years old, to work from 3am until 11am.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
Progressing and monitoring calls. First point of contact for all customer issues
Maintaining and updating the client database.
Required:
1–2 years solid customer service experience.
Good English capabilities, written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
